Role Overview : The Media Buying Specialist is responsible for planning, negotiating, and executing media buys across various digital and traditional channels to reach target audiences and maximize campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Research media opportunities and develop media plans aligned with client objectives and budget.
• Negotiate rates, placements, and contracts with media vendors to secure optimal terms and pricing.
• Coordinate the trafficking and placement of digital ads, ensuring accurate targeting and delivery.
• Monitor media buys, track performance metrics, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI.
• Stay informed about industry trends and developments in media buying platforms and technologies.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with media vendors.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in media planning and buying tools.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Salary : $29-$40 per hour

Please note that this position is for a contractor role with Caliber Sourcing. Contractors are engaged on a temporary basis and are not considered employees of Caliber Sourcing.
